The extra time spent subtly adding colour into different layers of each feather, created not only interest but a simple uniqueness. Heron's are spiritually known for a number of qualities but individualism is a big one. A quality I really strived to eminate.
 
This piece represents introspection, soul searching, self-reliance, solidarity and progress. Heron's generate stability and calmness. They are tenacious and yet patient.
