Surrounded by it's snowy wilderness this lone wolf provides many wonders. It's fluffy winter coat in place as nature's way to shield this coursing predator with its camoflage while it listens to the peaceful lullabies of the wind until safely drifting off. 
 
As viewers stare upon "Tranquility", they are transported into a realm of serene beauty and inner peace. It is a gentle reminder of the restoritive power of stillness and the profound connection that binds all living beings into the tapestry of exsistence.
 
In this frozen moment of quiet contemplation, the sleeping wolf serves as a symbol of harmony and balance.
 
 
The making of this piece involved many ebbs and flows. The technicalities took some time to fine tune to successfully aquire the proper warm and cool tones in both the fur and surrounding snow. The majority of the painting was done using acrylic paint. With the final layer of final details in oil paints, really helping to brighten the final product.
